Official Rules – Bullish Moon Trailblazer Giveaway 2025

1. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administration

The Bullish Moon Trailblazer Giveaway 2025 (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Bullish Moon, a decentralized education and crypto mining platform headquartered in Clark County, Nevada.

All inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed solely to Bullish Moon. No third-party platform shall be responsible for any aspect of this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open to participants globally, except where restricted or prohibited by applicable law. Residents of Quebec (Canada), Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and other jurisdictions sanctioned by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) are not eligible. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Avalanche (C-Chain) wallet address.

The Grand Prize, a 2025 Chevy Trailblazer (Approximate Retail Value [ARV]: $25,000), is only available to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Should a Grand Prize winner reside outside of the United States, they will instead receive a cash equivalent of $25,000 USD, payable in cryptocurrency at the sole discretion of Bullish Moon.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes shall commence at 12:00 AM EST on August 1, 2025, and shall conclude at 11:59 PM EST on December 1, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period").

4. How to Enter

A. Qualifying Entry Methods

Entries will begin accumulating only after a participant submits their first valid PoPA (Proof of Physical Activity) during the Sweepstakes Period. Eligible participants may receive entries through the following methods:

  • Daily PoPA Submissions: 10 entries per day.
  • Dock Unlock Bonus: 1,000 entries for unlocking docks 9–18.
  • Consistency Bonus: 1,000 entries for completing PoPA on 60 different days.
  • Referral Bonus: 100 entries per new PoPA-verified referral (must be linked at time of submission).

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase:

  • Use a 4x6 blank index card and handwrite in blue ink:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Avalanche C-Chain Wallet Address
    • The following statement: "I would like to receive one free entry into the Bullish Sweepstakes giveaway"

  • Limit: One (1) AMOE entry per person, per day
  • Entries must be received by November 30, 2025

5. Prizes

  • Grand Prize (1 Winner): 2025 Chevy Trailblazer (or $25,000 in crypto).
  • Runner-Up Prizes (8 Winners): 5-night all-inclusive Cancun stay (no airfare).
  • Weekly AVAX Prizes: $100 in AVAX tokens, drawn each Friday.

Total ARV of all prizes: $47,000.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Grand Prize drawing: December 1, 2025
  • Cancun trips: bi-weekly (2nd and last Fridays, Aug–Nov)
  • AVAX winners: weekly
  • Winners announced via wallet address on official Bullish Moon platforms
  • Winners must claim within 72 hours

7. General Conditions

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Bullish Moon reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent or automated entries, and to cancel, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes as necessary.

8. Privacy

All collected information will be used solely for prize fulfillment and governed by the Bullish Moon Privacy Policy.

9. Limitations of Liability and Legal Release

  • Prizes and participation are provided “as is” with no warranty.
  • By entering, you agree to waive any right to pursue legal action against Bullish Moon, Bullish Sweeps, or any affiliates.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
